It's possible that an item isn't totally what you expected or the wrong size. Therefor you have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days after delivery. This is possible to our return address. 

The return has to satisfy the following points; 

• A competely filled in return form (this is included in your order) 
• The item is complete, not used or damaged. Fitting is allowed ;) 
• Original hangtags and labels are still attached to the item 
• The items need to be in the original packaging 
• The item is not washed or worn 

Costs for the return are at own expenses. In case there is a wrong item delivered to you or there is a defect we will take care of the return costs.

We do encourage you to think about the environmental impact of shipping. To minimize the return process, we would love to help you. If you have doubts about the size or fit please feel free to contact us. You can do this via Instagram or send us an E-mail to office@clublavenir.com.

On Monday to Friday, orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped the next monday.

The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium: 1-3 business days
Germany: 2-4 business days

Delivery times abroad will vary depending on the receiving country & customs clearance times, for estimated transit times, see the website of the shipping company.

We offer a range of sizes to suit different body types. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page to find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We carefully process every order within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it every step of the journey.
